Kelsey Snelgar continued her scoring onslaught as the freshman found the back of the next six times in leading St. Francis Brooklyn to a 12-4 victory against Redlands, in the opening match of the Claremont Convergence Tournament on Friday morning. The Terriers also cruised to a 16-3 victory against California Institute of Technology later in the day.
The Terriers (1-4) found themselves in a 2-2 deadlock with 1:42 left in the opening period, however, Snelgar rattled off three consecutive markers to ignite a 7-0 burst that carried them to a 9-2 lead with just under five minutes remaining in the contest.
Redlands scored two straight to trim the deficit to 9-4, but St. Francis Brooklyn put the game away with three straight tallies to end the contest.
Snelgar, who already has amassed 25 goals this season, finished with six goals and two assists and
Claire Mueller added a pair of winners to lead the attack.

Sara Monckton all produced a goal each.
Ashley Harp earned the victory in goal and came up with nine saves, a steal, and an assist.
Nicole Herrick recorded a team-high three goals to help lead the Terriers to the victory against Caltech. Monckton, Snelgar, and Gaffney each scored a pair of goals.
