BROOKLYN HEIGHTS, NY – St. Francis Brooklyn women's volleyball returns home this weekend to host FDU and St. Francis (PA) as Northeast Conference action continues. The matches are the first of five straight home contests.
The Terriers split two matches last weekend with Merrimack and Stonehill, dropping a 3-1 decision to the Warriors before concluding the road trip with a 3-1 victory over the Skyhawks.
The win was the team's first in NEC play, and the Terriers will look to carry that momentum into the weekend.
Camelia Meléndez was tabbed a conference Prime Performer after her strong week. She had a team-high 16 kills in the win over Stonehill, adding 14 kills against Merrimack and seven kills in a sweep over Manhattan.
Arianna Ugolini has come on strong of late, posting 10 kills in two of her last three matches. Alasha Colón contributed 14 digs against Stonehill in her return to the lineup.

The Knights enter play tied for first in the NEC. They just split a weekend series with Sacred Heart and Central Connecticut State. After falling in five sets to the Pioneers, FDU fought back to sweep Central Connecticut State.
Freshman Kylie Nott leads the way with 189 kills on the season. She had 13 the last time out against the Blue Devils. Two others have over 100 kills to round out a balanced offensive unit.
Defensively, Tatijana Fucka has 57 blocks, followed by Tessa Fisk's 50. Four players have 100 or more digs, led by Allegra Rivas's 169. She had a 25-dig performance against NJIT earlier this season.
The Knights lead the all-time series with the Terriers 16-14.

The Red Flash also split two matches last weekend and are 3-2 in the NEC. Like FDU, St. Francis PA fell in five sets to Sacred Heart Saturday but had 3-2 win over Central Connecticut State Friday.
Maggie Hogan and Madi Tyus have 163 kills apiece to lead the Red Flash. Tyus had a whopping 29 kills against Chattanooga earlier this season. Both hitters have two performances with 20 or more kills.
Junior middle hitter Aubrey Deptula has 53 blocks to lead the team. Five players have over 100 digs.
