GENEVA, Ohio - The St. Francis Brooklyn women's swimming and diving team continued its week at the Northeast Conference Championships at the Spire Institute.
The Terriers took points in the 200 yard freestyle relay. The St. Francis team (Kristy Nagtzaam, Jovanna Terzic, Bia Gomes Angelo, Emma Reichart) placed ninth with a 1:38.24 time.
Raquel Torrez finished first in the "C" final for the 200y freestyle heats (1:55.85)
With 20 events complete, the Terriers sit ninth with 78 points.
Friday's slate features the 200y butterfly, 100y backstroke, 100y breaststroke and 400y medley relay.
Preliminaries are set to begin at 10:00 a.m. and finals will follow at 6:00 p.m. All events stream live on NEC Front Row.
