ALBANY, NY– The St. Francis College Brooklyn women's soccer team (0-5) fell to the Great Danes of Albany (2-3-1) by a score of 3-0 on Tuesday evening in New York's capital.
Non-conference season saw the Terriers travel northbound to Albany for a week-day match against America-East's Great Danes. Fouls were knotted at 10 for each respective program, while Albany was offside five times. St. Francis College only registered one offside in 90 minutes. The Terriers' goalkeepers registered eight combined saves.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Junior goalkeeper Maggie Boston faced 21 shots in 76 minutes of action. Boston saved seven of nine shots on target during the contest.
- Freshman goalkeeper Klil Keshwar replaced Boston in the 76' minute of play, where she allowed one goal and saved one shot in 14 minutes of action.
- Freshman midfielder Henriette Lykke registered her team's lone shot on goal in the contest in the 88' minute.
- Sophomore captain and forward Sarah DeWitt logged 90 minutes of game-play.
- Freshman defender Isabelle Gollette tallied one shot off-target in 52 minutes of action.
