- The Terriers enter play at 1-2 on the season, most recently falling to Rider in a 71-70 overtime finish.
- Alyssa Fisher was named America East Player of the Week after averaging 16.3 points per game over the first three games. The senior guard added 3.0 assists per game and 2.3 steals per game. She had 24 points against the Broncs.
- Junior guard Ella Ogier also had a strong opening week, averaging 12.3 points per game along with 7.7 rebounds per game. She is the team's leading free throw shooter thus far, making eight of nine attempts.
- Six of St. Francis Brooklyn's next seven games will be on the road. The Terriers are 3-4 in program history against the Highlanders.
About the Highlanders
- NJIT is also 1-2 through three games and is coming off an 87-71 loss to Rutgers Sunday. The Highlanders have a narrow loss to Lafayette and defeated Rider 68-60 in the season opener.
- Junior guard Aria Myers leads the team with 15.3 points per game. She scored 23 points on 9-of-16 shooting against Lafayette.
- Kenna Squier (11.7 ppg) and Lyzi Litwinko (10.3 ppg) are the two other Highlanders averaging double figures.
