BROOKLYN HEIGHTS, N.Y. - The Northeast Conference (NEC) announced on Monday that St. Francis Brooklyn point guard
Nevena Dimitrijevic was named one of the NEC's Prime Performers for week four of the season.
Dimitrijevic dropped 25 points off the bench in the Terriers' 63-51 win over UMBC on Dec. 5, adding five rebounds and a 7:1 assist-turnover ratio in 29 minutes on the court.
This is the third consecutive week a Terrier has been honored in the conference's weekly awards. Freshman guard
Jaila Lee was named Rookie of the Week for the previous two weeks (11/22, 11/29), and Fruszina Horvath was recognized as a Prime Performer in Week Two.
The Kragujevac, Serbia native was named to the NEC All-Conference Third Team following the 2020-'21 season, and was previously the 2019-'20 NEC Rookie of the Year. She was only the second St. Francis Brooklyn player to earn Rookie of the Year honors.
