St. Francis Brooklyn Notes
- The Terriers sit at 3-1 in NEC play and are coming off a 66-60 win over LIU. The win followed the team's first conference loss, a 76-60 defeat to Sacred Heart.
- Senior guard Alyssa Fisher is third in the conference in scoring, averaging 15.8 points per contest. Against the Sharks, she had 20 in the win. Fisher and teammate Tyra Myers were named NEC Prime Performers after the backcourt duo had a strong pair of games this past week. Myers scored 17 points against Sacred Heart and added 14 points against LIU.
- Sophomore center Sarah Bandoma had nine points and 13 rebounds on Monday. She helped lead the team's best rebounding effort of the season (they outrebounded LIU 49-30).
- Sophomore forward Sheridan Kavanagh has had a strong offensive output in conference play. The Melbourne, Australia native is averaging 11.0 points per game over the four contests, good enough for third on the team.
- The Terriers are 4-2 at home this season and are seeking their first road win of the 2022-23 campaign.
Scouting FDU
- The Knights have enjoyed a strong season thus far. They are 12-4 overall and 4-0 in the NEC. They sit atop of the standings with Wagner and Sacred Heart.
- A balanced offensive unit is led by junior forward Chloe Wilson. She averages 15.7 points per game. Teammate Sierra DeAngelo averages 11 points per game.
- The Knights are averaging nearly three more rebounds per game than their opponents. Wilson leads the charge, averaging 6.6 per game.
- A strong defensive unit as well, FDU hold its opponents to under 53 points per game, good enough for tops in the conference. Sacred Heart is second in defense, allowing just over 59 points per game.

FDU leads the all-time series 17-13. The Knights have won four of the last five meetings between the two sides. The last time out, FDU won a defensive struggle by a score of 55-51.
