Box Score TROY, NY– The St. Francis College Brooklyn Men's Tennis team (1-0) secured their first victory of the 2019-20 season against the Saints of Siena College (0-1) on Saturday afternoon at Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, NY.
The Terriers and Saints are no stranger to one another, as they have met seven times since 2010, with Siena leading the series 4-3 following St. Francis College's victory on Saturday. Five singles pairings, along with two of three doubles pairings coming away as the victors over their opponents in exciting fashion.
Sophomore Luis Foix Sotos took down Siena's Mendoza in straight sets by allowing a combined four games in the pair of sets played. Junior Pau Grabuleda fought through a thrilling a three-set victory over Siena's Del Olmo.
