LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ– The St. Francis College Brooklyn Men's Tennis team (2-0) secured their second head-to-head victory of the 2019-20 season against the Broncs of Rider University (1-3) on Friday afternoon in south Jersey.
The Terriers continued their early season hot-streak with a pair of head-to-head victories to kick-off the respective campaign against Siena and Rider. Newcomers Pau Grabuleda, Dennis Sanchez, and Luis Foix Sotos all earned wins in their single's matchups. Senior Facundo Couso dropped the first set, then would earn a trip to a three-set 10 game tiebreak, where he achieved victory over Rider's Tusi.
Junior Daniel Blasco and Facundo Couso earned a 6-3 doubles victory over Melendez and Clark.
