Travis Atson were both selected to 2020-21 All-Northeast Conference (NEC) Teams as announced by the league office on Friday. Hawkins was tabbed to the All-NEC Second Team, while Atson was selected to the All-NEC Third Team.

Both Chauncey and Travis had excellent years and gave great accounts of themselves. It is very difficult to make one of the All-NEC Teams because there are so many talented players throughout the conference, and doing so is a great honor," said Terriers' Head Coach

Hawkins had another standout year for the Terriers as he takes home All-NEC accolades for the second season in a row. It marks the first time in his career that he was tabbed to the All-NEC Second Team and he is the first Terrier to be named to the Second Team since Jalen Jordan in 2018-19. The guard averaged 16.0 points, 4.4 assists, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.6 steals per game in 16 games (14 starts). He led St. Francis in points per game, assists, assists per game, and steals per game. Hawkins ranked eighth in the league in scoring, was tied for second in assists per game, 10
th in steals per game, 12
th in three-point field goal percentage (37.5%), and second in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.9).
The senior scored in double-digits 14 times this past season and scored 20 or more points in a game five times. He poured in a season-high 23 points on 8-of-13 shooting from the field and dished out a season-high tying seven assists in a 70-55 win over Mount St. Mary's on January 7. Hawkins moved up the Terriers' record book as he moved into 15
th-place on the all-time scoring list with 1,261 career points. He is just 43 points away from tying Anthony D'Elia with 1,304 points for 14
th-place on the list. Hawkins moved into second-place on the all-time made free-throws list with 360.
Atson earned All-NEC Third Team honors in his first year as a Terrier. The graduate made his return to his hometown of Brooklyn, NY, and finished the season averaging 14.8 points, 6.7 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 1.4 assists per game. He shot 50.9 percent from the field, 39.7 percent from three, and 82.5 percent from the free-throw line. Atson ranked 13
th in the NEC in scoring, 13
th in rebounding, seventh in field goal percentage, tied for 12
th in steals, seventh in three-point shooting percentage, tied for 14
th in three-point field goals made per game (1.6), 15
th in offensive rebounds per game (1.7), and tied for eighth in defensive rebounds per game (5.0).
The graduate scored in double figures 13 times and scored 20 or more points in a game three times. He scored a career-high 24 points on 10-of-12 shooting from the field and 4-of-6 shooting from three-point range on February 8, at LIU. Atson recorded a pair of double-doubles in his first season on Remsen Street. His first double-double came on December 8, against Bryant when he scored 18 points and grabbed 11 rebounds in a 93-91 win. He recorded his second double-double of the year on December 23, against Saint Peter's as he tallied 16 points and 12 rebounds. Atson was named the NEC Co-Player of the Week on December 14.
St. Francis concluded the 2020-21 season with a (9-10, 9-9 NEC) record and finished tied for fifth in the conference standings.
