BRIDGEWATER, N.J. - For the second time this season, Josiah Harris has been named a Northeast Conference (NEC) Prime Performer.
The forward for the St. Francis Brooklyn men's basketball was recognized by the NEC for a pair of double-doubles against Staten Island rival Wagner and conference leaders, Stonehill.
Harris led the Terriers averaging a double-double with 17.5 points per game (ppg) and 10.5 rebounds per game (rpg). He matched a career high with 20 points and 4 blocks and added 11 rebounds in the season sweep over Wagner. The Wilmington, Del. native scored his fourth double-double in a row with 15 points and 10 rebounds at Stonehill.
Harris has found his form as a post presence over the past five games, averaging 13.8 ppg and 12.0 reg and totaling eight blocks in that span.
The Terriers and Harris return to action on Feb. 16 for Senior Day against Saint Francis (PA).
