2012-13 (Freshman): Nicosia averaged a 185.6 in sixteen traditional matches bowled last season in her first year as a Terrier...Her highest score in traditional matches was a 226 against Delaware State University at the Kutztown Fall Team Invitational...Nicosia was named to the 2013 Northeast Conference All-Tournament team at the conclusion of the 2013 Northeast Conference Bowling Championship...She became the first Terrier bowler in the program's history to be selected to the NEC all-tournament team...During the NEC Championship Tournament, Her 20.26 baker frame average was the highest of any individual who bowled at least 25 frames...She filled 23 of 27 frames bowled on the weekend, in addition, she struck 14 times in 28 chances.

Prior to St. Francis Brooklyn: Attended Brick Memorial High School...For Brick Memorial, Nicosia was primarily the leadoff bowler...She led her team to the Shore Conference Championships and the New Jersey Group IV Championships...On the lanes, she holds a 202 average with a high-game of 276 (the third highest game in the Shore Conference this past season) as well as placing in the top-10 at the New Jersey State Individual Championships, that were held back on February 15th...Off the lanes, Nicosia was an active member of her Student Government while also holding membership on the Mock Trail and Forensics Club and was an avid member of the Math team.  In addition to bowling, Nicosia was a member of the varsity golf team at Brick Memorial
