Former Terrier standout Jamie Kelly will join the women's bowling staff this season.

Bowling in her hometown at Howell Lanes in 2017, Kelly spearheaded St. Francis Brooklyn's run into the NEC Championship last spring. The anchor, who fired 30 strikes in 56 attempts (.536), produced the third-highest filled frames percentage (.929) at the tournament. She averaged a team-high 21.48 pins per frame as the Terriers, who successfully climbed out of the qualifying rounds, posted a 3-2 record.

Kelly, who enjoyed a standout career, was also the NEC Bowler of the Week on February 23rd after earning All-Tournament honors at the James Brown Invitational.  She was also the Most Valuable Player at the Monmouth Hawk Flight Invitational earned All-Tournament honors at the event.


Kelly attended Howell High School and was a member of the All Shore Conference 1st Team in 2011.  She placed 6th All State Individual in 2011 and bowled a tournament high series and high game in 2013 at the Monmouth County Tournament.  She was a member of the team that went undefeated and won Central B Shore Conference two years in a row, 2011-12, and 2012-13.  Howell also won the Shore Conference in 2011-12.
