Prior to SFC: Cannon was named the Morning Call (Lehigh Valley) Co-Player of the Year along with Villanova sophomore Darrun Hilliard.  Cannon helped lead the Canaries to a 23-5 record and was named Second Team All-State (PIAA 4A) after averaging 19.6 points, 10.3 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks per game.  Cannon poured in 550 points in his senior season and recorded two games of 30 or more points (vs. Whitehall and Pocono Mountain East).  Cannon also scored 22 points and ripped 20 caroms in the District II Class 4A Championship game victory against Liberty.
