- Junior forward El Mahdi Youssoufi attempted two shots, both of which were on goal. Youssoufi had the Terriers' best scoring chance, which came in the 74th minute. Youssoufi was awarded a penalty kick, but was turned away by LIU's goalkeeper Demetri Skoumbaki, who made a diving save to keep the game scoreless.

The No. 1 overall seed St. Francis is set to host the No. 2 seed LIU in the 2021 NEC Men's Soccer Championship game on Friday, April 16, at 1 p.m., at Brooklyn Bridge Park – Pier 5. The 2020-21 NEC Championship game marks the Terriers' fifth Championship game appearance over the past eight seasons. St. Francis has won four of the last seven NEC Championships (2013, 2014, 2016, 2017).
