Lee named NEC Co-Rookie of the Week for Second Consecutive Week
The freshman dropped a career-high 13 points in the team's historic win over Michigan State.

BROOKLYN HEIGHTS, N.Y. - The Northeast Conference (NEC) named St. Francis Brooklyn freshman guard Jaila Lee its Co-Rookie of the Week after strong performances against Michigan State and Stony Brook. 

This is the the second consecutive week Lee has been given the honor. 

Lee scored a career-high 13 points on 5-7 shooting in the Terriers' historic win over Big Ten foe Michigan State, adding three rebounds, one assist, one steal, and one block in the process. 

Later in the week, she made her third consecutive start of the season when the team traveled to Long Island to face America East pre-season favorites Stony Brook. Lee scored five points, grabbed two rebounds and made one block in 22 minutes on the floor. 

Over the two games, Lee averaged a 63.6% field goal shooting performance. 

Lee and Terriers are back on the road Dec. 5 facing their second consecutive America East opponent, UMBC in Baltimore.
