NEC Championship Swimming & Diving Championship Headquarters

East Meadow, NY - - -St. Francis Brooklyn sophomore Raphaelle Gregoire captured the silver medal in the 100 Breaststroke at the 2018 NEC Swimming & Diving Championships on Friday evening.  Gregoire touched the wall in 1:02.78 to gain 17 points for the Terriers, who are currently in seventh-place with 153 points.

Classmate Fanny Stromstedt was also in the "A" Final in the 100 Breaststroke and finished 8th in 1:05.29, picking up 11 points for the Red & Blue.

Other notable performance were turned in by: Melanie Lumkong (200 Freestyle, 14th place, 1:58.03), Rebeca Tapia (200 Freestyle, 17th place, 1:58.60), Lara Milak (100 Breaststroke, 13th-place, 1:06.22), and Shannon Sokolow (18th-place, 100 Backstroke, 1:01.01).
