The St. Francis Brooklyn Terriers were defeated by the Colgate Red Raiders, 162-112, on Saturday Evening at the SFC Aquatics Center.
Sophomore
Raphaelle Gregoire and freshman
Beatriz Gomes Angelo both were able to capture a pair of individual victories to lead the Terriers on Senior Day. Gregoire won the 100 Breaststroke (1:06.55) and the 200 Breaststroke (2:25.27) while Gomes Angelo won the 200 Freestyle (1:56.24, season-best) and the 500 Freestyle (5:12.82).
Shannon Sokolow turned in her top performance of the season to win the 200 Backstroke in 2:11.77, which was four seconds ahead of the field.
The Terriers' 200 Free Relay team (Gomes Angelo,
Fanny Stromstedt,
Lara Milak, and
Rebeca Tapia) hit the wall first in a time of 1:43.79.
