WOMEN'S WATER POLO QUALIFIES FOR MAAC TOURNAMENT; WILL FACE IONA IN SEMIFINALS

The women’s water polo squad has qualified for their first MAAC Championship after claiming the #4 seed with a 9-7 victory over Villanova this past weekend.   The Terriers will face top-seeded Iona at 1:00 pm on Saturday, April 25 at Marist. Second-seeded Wagner will meet and #3 seeded Marist in the other semifinal. The consolation game will be played at noon on Sunday and the championship match will follow at 2:00 pm. Sophomore Andrea Dolnay leads St. Francis with 49 goals and classmate Thalita Paladino has added 39.
